Stuffed Prawns & Lobster Tail

Recipe from Chef Matt Winters.

Ingredients:

12 jumbo prawns, peeled and deveined or large lobster tail
1 Ib. imitation crab
1 tbl fresh minced garlic
2 tbl fresh minced tarragon
3 tbl lemon juice
4 oz minced mushrooms
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

Peel and butterfly shrimp or lobster tail. Combine crab, garlic, tarragon, lemon,mushrooms and 2/3 of parmesan. Fill shrimp or lobster with 2 tbl. of mixture. Top with remaining cheese. Bake in 350 degree pre-heated oven for 10-15 min. or until seafood is firm to the touch.
