Snowfall is running below average in Northeast Wisconsin, but that isn't the case for many locations on the East Coast. Snow started falling Friday morning in Washington, D.C. but will pick up in intensity overnight. Some parts of the area could see snowfall rates reaching 2 to 3 inches per hour. Meteorologist Andrew Thut has more on how much snow can be expected.
