Outagamie County has scheduled an H1N1 vaccination clinic for next Monday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. It will be held at Appleton Alliance Church, 2693 W. Grand Chute Blvd. in the town of Grand Chute.

Health officials say approximately 800 doses of the vaccine, including both the nasal mist and injectable forms will be available at no charges. Due to the limited vaccine supply, the clinic will be limited to the following groups:

• Pregnant women

• Persons who live with or provide care for infants less than six months old

• Healthcare and emergency medical services personnel

• Children aged 6 months-4 years

• Children and adolescents aged 5-18 years who have medical conditions that place them at higher risk for influenza-related complications.

The Outagamie County Health Department says as more vaccine becomes available, clinics will be posted to the following Web site: www.co.outagamie.wi.us/publichealth. Information will also be available through 211.
