If you are still fuming over Brett Favre playing for the Minnesota Vikings, you can now ignite your anger online.
The Web site burnfavre.com encourages people to heckle the quarterback by burning their old Packers Favre jerseys.
Creator Ryan Gallagher says he got the idea after seeing a quote by veteran Vikings quarterback Fran Tarkenton.
“I think you're going to have Packer fans burning the No. 4 Favre Green Bay jersey," Tarkenton said. "I think that Packer fans have every right to be outraged."
Burnfavre.com currently features 13 videos, a “Heat Meter,” and also allows people to tweet away the pain or spread the fire on Facebook.
“I think it’s only fair that this site is up just in time for his (Favre’s) return to Lambeau,” said Gallagher.
The site is just one of many ways Favre is being welcomed back
to Titletown. The city of Green Bay is taking a more
sportsmanship-like approach with “4”
Favre-related activities.
