More layoffs in Manitowoc County

MANITOWOC COUNTY - More jobs are being cut in Manitowoc County.

The county executive, Bob Ziegelbauer says the latest round of layoffs will affect around 25 employees. Ziegelbauer says budget constraints are to blame.

The cuts are a mix of both full-time and part-time employees which take effect in October.

The cuts are on top of 35 highway department layoffs that were announced last month.

Ziegelbauer says more layoffs are likely.
