WIMBLEDON, England (AP) - Five-time champion Roger Federer has reached his seventh straight Wimbledon final and will face Andy Roddick for a chance at a record 15th Grand Slam title.

Second-seeded Federer delivered a masterful grass-court performance to beat 34th-ranked Tommy Haas of Germany, 7-6, 7-5, 6-3. The victory extends the Swiss star's winning run to 18 consecutive matches. He's trying to surpass the mark of 14 major titles he shares with Pete Sampras.

Federer will meet Andy Roddick in the Wimbledon final for the third time in six years. The sixth-seeded American defeated Scotsman Andy Murray 6-4, 4-6, 7-6, 7-6 in the day's second semifinal. Federer beat Roddick in the 2004 and '05 finals and leads 18-2 in head-to-head meetings.

The third-seeded Murray had been seeking to become the first British man to reach the final in 71 years and first to take the title since Fred Perry in 1936.

Tomorrow's women's final at the All England Club will be a repeat of last year's showdown between Venus and Serena Williams.

It will be the sisters' fourth meeting in the Wimbledon title match and second in a row. Venus won last year's all-family showdown on grass, but Serena holds a 5-2 advantage in head-to-head meetings in Grand Slam finals.
