Makowski defensive player of the week

GREEN BAY - For the second consecutive week Green Bay Gambler David Makowski has been selected as the CCM Defensive Player of the Week.

The Gamblers defenseman had his second straight three-point game, scoring a power play goal and two assists in the 5-1 win vs. Team USA on Friday.

Makowski also had an assist on Saturday evening helping the Gamblers shutout Team USA 5-0.

The 20-year-old native of Wildwood, Missouri is in his second season for the Gamblers.
