The dean of Wisconsin's congressional delegation is hosting a forum on health care, but it won't be one where critics can come and scream at him.
U.S. Representative Dave Obey says he will conduct a telephone forum on Monday that will allow thousands of people in the 7th Congressional District to participate. People can sign up to participate by registering on www.obey.house.gov.
Some town hall meetings across the country on health care have turned into angry screaming matches.
Obey, a Democrat first elected in 1969, says the telephone forum is the most constructive way for the largest number of people to get questions answered about their concerns about health care reform.
The forum is to start Monday at 7:30 p.m.
