More hunters were in the woods for opening weekend of the 2012 gun deer season, but does that mean more deer?
We'll have to wait to find out. The Department of Natural Resources has not yet released the harvest numbers for the first two days of the season. But the numbers will probably be released later Monday.
More than 600,000 licenses have been sold this year, that's nearly 17,000 more than 2011.
The hunt runs through Sunday.
