Drug investigation spreads to Brown County

GREEN BAY - Authorities searched a house on the 900 block of Howard Street in Green Bay Wednesday night.

It's connected to a major ongoing drug investigation with developments in four area counties in the last 36 hours.

The Brown County Drug Task Force has been asked by the state Department of Justice to monitor this house. The scene was much different than others involved with the investigation.

The mood at this location was very low-key. It appeared to be more of an oberservation situation than an actual raid. Officials told us they did not anticipate making any arrests or removing any drugs from the home.

We're told this is just another small piece of a very large drug operation.
