GREEN BAY - Emmy winner and Green Bay native Tony Shalhoub will return to the area next weekend for free screenings of the film “Feed the Fish.”
Shalhoub along with director Michael Matzdorff will hold two showings of the comedy at the Door Community Auditorium in Fish Creek on November 21, one at 7 p.m. and other at 9 p.m. The next day the film will make its way to the Meyer Theater in Green Bay for a 7 p.m. screening.
“Feed the Fish” was shot in Door and Brown County this past winter.
Organizers of the screenings say the film helps promote the cultural diversity of the area.
“Having Hollywood here more often certainly made sense, and we are sending that message that this a great place,” said Paul Jadin, Meyer Theater Board.
Following the screenings members of the cast and crew will be on hand for a question-and-answer session.
According to Meyer Theater president Rob Riordan, “Feed
the Fish” will hit the festival circuit following the local
engagements.
