APPLETON - In court documents, Brian Kluck admitted he did it dozens of times - peeped on women in their Appleton homes.
He says it began in 2008. Kluck told authorities he had been peeping for months. Police say they had him on their radar, because he was on probation for peeping before.
"We have one of our investigators who specializes in sex crimes, sex offender registry things of that nature was also familiar with this person," said Sgt. Pat DeWall of the Appleton Police Department.
According to court documents, Kluck would make this walk multiple times a week from the Snug Inn motel he called home to a neighborhood about a mile away. When he got there, he knew the exact houses and exact times women would be showering.
How he got the addresses? The phone book.
Kluck told investigators he had no car so he had to find houses close by. Police say they found handwritten lists of women he had seen already and wanted to see again, nude. Records show when he got there, he often stood on air conditioners to see through windows. He would also take pictures. Kluck is accused of peeping on 12 women and taking pictures of three of them.
FOX 11 attempted to contact many of the women, but they were not available or did not want to comment.
Kluck faces more than 40 years in prison for the charges.
