Green Bay Packers linebacker AJ Hawk was helping kids get fit at Kennedy Elementary School.
the Thrive program provided healthy snacks and fun activities.
The goal is to promote health and reduce childhood obesity.
Hawk made a grand entrance, coming in on a helicopter which landed on the school's playground.
He spoke to the kids about the importance of staying in shape, and said he never had programs like this when he was growing up.
Hawk also autographed some items and donated materials to the school to encourage kids to stay fit.
