GREEN BAY - In an effort to curb drinking and driving tonight some area task forces will be out in full force.
Officers with the Brown, Winnebago, and Manitowoc counties will be patrolling the streets.
The Fox Valley task force will also be out.
And in Brown County, a special program sponsored by Miller Lite is offering a ride to those who have had too much to drink.
The program offers a free bus ride on any of the Green Bay Metro bus routes.
The hours are from now until 3 a.m.
This is the first year the safe ride program has been offered in Green Bay.
