GREEN BAY - Tuesday night, the Green Bay city council debated the best way to fix Military Avenue.

The council voted 7-5 in favor of changing Military to a four-lane road with six roundabouts. That goes against a planning committee's recommendation of using traffic lights instead of roundabouts. Council members also talked about possibly having a referendum to let voters decide how to fix Military Avenue, but that motion didn't pass.

Residents and business owners in the area are weighing in on the decision.

FOX 11's Angela Kelly was at the Pancake Place on Military Avenue Wednesday to hear their thoughts.
