Congratulations to the individuals and teams of educators who have been selected as 2012 Teachers of Distinction in the first round of the Golden Apple Awards selection process!
These educators were selected because of their commitment to all students, their active involvement of students in relevant learning opportunities, and their creation of learning environments that stimulate student interest in learning as described in their applications.
Teachers of Distinction will move to the next level of the selection process and will be guests of Partners in Education at the Golden Apple Awards Dinner Program on April 18, which is the major fund-raiser for Partners in Education programming.
The 2012 Golden Apple Award recipients will be announced March 7.
