Rain has changed to snow this morning making roads slippery. Areas to the north of Green Bay have reported very slippery secondary roads and s ome schools have delayed or canceled classes.
Snow will not amount to much with most areas receiving about a half inch of accumulation.
Temperatures in Green Bay and the Fox Cities will remain steady throughout the day but to the north we'll see falling temperatures.
The rain we received Sunday will also play a part as untreated roads may become icy as colder air filters in.
Overnight temperatures have fallen from 40° at 10 pm to 36° at 3 am and periods of snow will develop this morning.
In addition, winds will be brisk with gusts to 35 mph in most areas with stronger winds to the south where a wind advisory is in effect. Gusts may reach 45 mph.
Drive with care this morning and allow yourself extra time to get to where you're going.
