Kitchen for entreprenuers

GREEN BAY - The Brown County Culinary Kitchen opened Monday on Green Bay's east side as part of NEW Curative Rehabilitation.

The chamber of commerce-sponsored idea is to allow people the opportunity to start or expand their food business by providing access to professional equipment at a reduced cost.

Classes will also be offered.

"Our goal and purpose here is simply to have companies or individuals be successful in their business to grow and then move out into the general community," said Fred Monique from the Advance Economic Development Organization.

The new, shared facility will be open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
