APPLETON - Patrick Schober will stand trial on his 11th OWI charge.

He waived a preliminary hearing Tuesday in Outagamie County Court. Arraignment is scheduled for Nov. 20.

Appleton police say an officer saw Schober, 48, speeding and making an unsafely moving out of his lane in the 2200 block of N. Richmond St. around 3:20 a.m. on Oct. 25.
