3 Lawrence students named Fulbright scholars

APPLETON - Three Lawrence University students have been awarded Fulbright scholarships, the school has announced.

Amanda Barrow, who is double majoring in music and Chinese language and literature, will travel to Taiwan to serve as an English as a foreign language instructor. Barrow is from Savannah, Ga.

Elise Mozena, an English major, will travel to Germany to teach English as a second language. Mozena is from Iowa City, Iowa.

Katelin Richter, who is set to graduate with degrees in German and oboe performance, will travel to Germany to begin a master’s degree program in orchestra management. Richter is from Watertown, Minn.
