MENASHA - A man and his daughter were displaced after a duplex fire in Menasha Sunday morning.
Neenah-Menasha Fire officials say the call came in at about 8:15 of the fire at 1113 Depere Street.
Authorities say the man and his daughter were able to get out of the duplex safely.
Officials say the fire was accidental and it appears the fire may have started near an outlet in a bedroom.
The half of the duplex where the fire started received heat and smoke damage. The other half of the duplex was not affected.
The American Red Cross is assisting the residents.
