Highway 91 in Winnebago County back open

Highway 91 in Winnebago County has reopened after being shutdown because of snow.
Highway 91 near Oshkosh was closed for about three hours earlier Friday morning.
The closure included the area from South Oakwood Road to Wall Street.
Crews worked to clear and reopen the road before the morning commute began.
