APPLETON - Appleton police arrested a man after they say he head-butted a woman and bit her upper lip.
Officers say they were called to a home on the 1300 block of W. College Ave. around 2:45 a.m. Thursday. A 26-year-old Hortonville woman told police the man, who lived there, was an acquaintance of hers. They were arguing when he injured her. She was taken to the hospital.
Police identified the man as Aaron B. Spencer, 29. He was jailed on possible felony charges of substantial battery with the intent to cause bodily harm.
