Appleton massage therapist arrested

APPLETON - An Appleton massage therapist has been arrested for fourth-degree sexual assault, according to Appleton police.

James Storm, 41, was taken into custody for the incidents which occurred in the last year. Storm is also known as James Stiebs.

Police say all the incidents happened at his business, Body, Mind and Spirit on S. Lawe Street.

The case has been referred to the Outagamie County District Attorney's Office. No charges have been filed yet.
