Berlin man sentenced in fatal crash

WAUTOMA - A Berlin man convicted in a fatal drunken driving crash has learned his punishment.

Max Winkel, 20, was sentenced to 10 years in prison Thursday in Waushara County.

Prosecutors say Winkel crashed into Devlin Klein's car on Sept. 4, 2011 and drove off.

Klein died in the crash. Two other people were injured.

Investigators say Winkel's blood alcohol limit was more than twice the legal limit.
