DARBOY - Charlie Knuth and his mom are back home in the Fox Valley after spending months at a Minnesota hospital.

Earlier this year, Charlie had a second stem cell transplant.

He had suffered some recent setbacks, but recovered enough to go home over the weekend.

His mom, Tricia, says friends welcomed them home by cleaning the house and making them dinner.
