Child safety meeting Thursday night

TOWN OF MENASHA - Parents and children are invited to a child safety meeting Thursday night in the Town of Menasha.
The event is sponsored by area crime prevention officers and safety organizations.
The meeting comes after several recent incidents of adults approaching children in the Fox Valley.
Police say some of these cases resulted in arrests, others were misunderstandings.
Thursday’s event will feature presentations for parents and children, as well as a question and answer session. If you are interested in attending, it begins at 6 p.m. at the Town of Menasha Municipal Complex at 2000 Municipal Dr.
