APPLETON - The cases of Christina and Jennifer Rogers were in court Monday.

The sisters, ages 34 and 29, are accused of being involved in a fight with students at Appleton’s Wilson Middle School earlier this month. One teenage girl was taken to the hospital.

Christina Rogers says she and her sister got involved to break up the fight. She tells FOX 11 her 14-year-old daughter was being bullied. She admits using pepper spray to try to stop the fight.

Both had their preliminary hearings rescheduled. Christina Rogers returns to court June 4. Jennifer Rogers' preliminary hearing will be June 25. A preliminary hearing is held to determine if there is enough evidence to send the defendant to trial.
