Helmrath withdraws insanity plea

CHILTON - The man suspected of stabbing a 73-year-old man in a Darboy park withdrew his not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect plea Friday.
Devon Helmrath is now scheduled to stand trial Feb. 13 for the July attack. Helmrath says voices told him to hurt someone. The victim survived and was able to call police.
