Fond du Lac motel robbery

FOND DU LAC - A 27-year-old man is suspected of robbing a Fond du Lac motel Monday evening.
Police say it happened just after 9 o’clock at the Executive Lodge at 649 W. Johnson St.
Investigators say a man with his face concealed approached the front desk and demanded money from the clerk.
The suspect ran away after getting some cash.
No weapons were displayed and the clerk wasn’t hurt.
Police took a 27-year-old man who was staying at the motel into custody for a probation violation. They say he is a person of interest in this robbery.
