Menasha man faces federal drug charges

MENASHA - A Menasha man has been charged in federal court with possession with intent to deliver cocaine and marijuana.

Twenty-five-year-old Norman A. Gallardo-Santos was arrested after he allegedly sold 82.51 grams of cocaine and six grams of marijuana to undercover agents on Oct. 28. During a Nov. 12 search of Gallardo-Santos’s Stillmeadow Lane home, agents found 118.2 pounds of marijuana, 10.4 grams of cocaine, a loaded .38 caliber semi-automatic handgun with additional ammunition, and nearly $68,000 in cash.
