APPLETON - A Minnesota woman accused of a 2007 Greenville murder made her first appearance in Outagamie County Court late this afternoon.
Kandi Siveny is among three women is charged with the murder of Lara Plamann.
Court documents say Siveny is the one who actually pulled the trigger shooting and killing Plamann.
The court commissioner set Kandi Siveny's bond at $1 million cash this afternoon.
According to the criminal complaint, Kandi Siveny's mother Dianna was dating the victim Lara Plamann and thought she was cheating.
The Sivenys hired a third woman, Rosie Campbell to kill Plamann.
But court documents say when the time came, Campbell decided she did not want to pull the trigger and watched Kandi Siveny shoot and kill Plamann.
All three women are charged with first-degree homicide in the case.
Campbell was also supposed to make her first appearance in court today, but that was rescheduled for Monday.
