Kitzman waives preliminary hearing

    APPLETON - A Little Chute man charged with child abuse waived his preliminary hearing Monday.

    Michael Kitzman is accused of beating his two-year-old son, tying him up and putting him in a dog kennel.

    Police say it happened in October.

    No arraignment date has been set for Kitzman.
