WINNEBAGO COUNTY - A Green Bay man was arrested on suspicion of his second operating while intoxicated offense, and officers say he had a child in his vehicle.
The State Patrol says officers stopped Anthony F. Harris, 43, at 10 p.m. Monday on Highway 41 near County G in the Neenah area. Officials say Harris' vehicle was seen hitting a concrete barrier and while traveling north.
Officers did not say how old the child was in Harris' vehicle.
