Man dies after falling through pond

TOWN OF CENTER - An 89-year-old Outagamie County man is dead after he fell through the ice on his pond.

Divers recovered the man's body Thursday afternoon from a pond on his property in the town of Center.

Authorities say the man was clearing snow from the pond on an ATV when he fell through.

They aren't sure when that happened.

A family member says the last time the victim was seen was Wednesday morning.

Authorities were called to the pond Thursday afternoon.
