Menasha Packaging acquires New Jersey company

NEENAH - Menasha Packaging Company has purchased a New Jersey based company to help meet growing demand.

Menasha officials announced Wednesday the acquisition of Rand Diversified. The deal looks to strengthen Menasha's coverage on the East Coast.

Both companies have the capabilities to design, manufacture and deliver product packaging and store displays.

Rand has extensive experience with pharmaceutical and consumer packaged goods companies. While Menasha Packaging focuses on the food, household and personal care markets.

Both companies are privately held. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
