New pedestrian bridge almost complete

LITTLE CHUTE - A new path for people to enjoy nature is almost complete.
A pedestrian bridge is being built. It's between Little Chute and Kaukauna.
It will connect Heesakker Park with Electric Island.
The main portion of the bridge was lifted into place Thursday.
Park officials hope to have it ready for the public in the next few weeks.
The bridge will have lights and scenic overlook areas built-in.
In total, the park project cost about $915,000.
