Sno-cross racers take over Kaukauna

KAUKAUNA - Have the winter blues?

That wasn't the case for some people gathered in Kaukauna for a little snowmobiling action.

It's all part of the Great Northern Sno-cross series.

More than 120 racers from across the Midwest took part in the event.

Those involved say the competition brings a boost to the community's economy.

"I think its huge, its great for the economy, this is bringing money into our community here. Normally we don't have something here this big around the area here," said event manager Scott Pagel.

This is the second year for the event.
