Squad car totaled in Waushara County crash

VILLAGE OF COLOMA - A state patrol squad car is totaled following a single-vehicle crash in the Village of Coloma.

It happened on Highway 21 at North Madison Street just after 1 p.m. Saturday.

Officials say the officer was turning around to pursue a speeder when his vehicle hydroplaned and hit a power pole.

The officer was taken to the hospital to be checked out but was released without injuries.
