Thousands without power in Oshkosh

OSHKOSH - More than 4,400 customers in Oshkosh are without power, Wisconsin Public Service reports.

Most of the power outage is west of Highway 41 in the 54904 zip code, where nearly 69 percent of customers do not have power. Nearly 800 are dark in the rest of the city and surrounding area.

WPS blames a feeder lockout for the outage and says the power should be restored within two hours.
