TOWN OF VANDENBROEK - The man killed in a crash in Outagamie County Tuesday morning has been identified.
Outagamie County sheriff’s officials say Richard Radford, 18, of Freedom was killed in the 4 a.m. crash near the intersection of highways 55 and JJ in the town of Vandenbroek.
Deputies say Radford was not wearing a seat belt when his truck hit a tree.
Parts of Highway 55 were closed for several hours after the crash.
