Police say victim remains in ICU

FOND DU LAC - A 27-year-old woman is behind bars after allegedly stabbing a man multiple times.

Fond du Lac police say it happened Thursday around 2:20 a.m. at an apartment in the 100 block of Forest Ave.

When officers arrived on scene, they discovered a 47-year-old Fond du Lac man with multiple stab wounds to the neck and back.

The victim was transported to St. Agnes Hospital where he remains in ICU.

Investigators say the woman taken into custody is being held in the Fond du Lac County Jail.
