Woman killed in Winnebago Co. crash

TOWN OF VINLAND - UPDATE: The victim has been identified as Pamela K. Nelson of the town of Winneconne. Our original report follows:

A Winneconne woman was killed in a crash Monday morning in Winnebago County.
Sheriff's officials say the crash happened around 7:15 a.m. on Highway G in the town of Vinland. The 47-year-old woman lost control of her vehicle while headed east and hit a westbound vehicle.
Road conditions were a factor in the crash, officials say.
The names of the drivers have not been released. The crash is still under investigation.
