Green Bay man dies from injuries in Shawano County crash

Crash happened Monday night on Highway 29

Shawano County authorities say a Green Bay man has died from the injuries he received in a crash Monday night.

Investigators say 86-year-old Paul Schumacher pulled out in front of another vehicle at the intersection of Highway 29 and County Highway BE.

The Eagle III helicopter took Schumacher to the hospital.

The driver of the other vehicle was also taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The sheriff's department had said it would have cited Schumacher for causing the crash.
