It's the coldest morning since March

It's cold! Temperatures are in the low teens and wind chills in the single digits. Skies will be clear this morning but clouds will increase as the day wears on with a high temperature of 32°.

There's a chance of flurries or snow showers to the north of Green Bay, overnight otherwise most of the area will be mostly cloudy with a low near 23°.

An area of high pressure really clears us out Wednesday; expect high temperatures near 30° with west winds 5 to 10 mph.
