GREEN BAY - The Green Bay Symphony Orchestra has a new spokesperson. And you might already recognize him.
Former Packers player Ahman Green is the new spokesperson for the "Music for a Great City Program."
It's a program to engage more than 1,400 6th grade students in Green Bay area schools with music and the arts.
Green says music has similar ties to sports.
"Music and sports have a connection because it's practice, it's being on time, it's discipline, it's getting the right amount of rest, and finding something that drives you to get better," said Green.
Green says he has always been a music fan. He says he would like to learn how to play the piano.
