GREEN BAY - APAC Customer Services, Inc. will add approximately 275 jobs in Green Bay.
These new positions are available at the downtown center, as well as work at home.
It's a business that was put into question last year, when it was bought by another company, but local leaders say things are going strong.
APAC has been doing business in Green Bay for more than 14 years.
Officials say the jobs are full-time, hourly positions and the exact salary will vary.
"I actually graduated college in May and I've been applying for jobs left and right," explained Amanda Sheedy of Pulaski.
Sheedy has been training at APAC for three weeks.
She'll soon be among nearly 300 other new employees at the center.
"It's nice to have steady employment and be able to get my feet under me after being in college," Sheedy said.
APAC offers customer services to companies in several industries from health care to travel and hospitality.
"They are all Fortune 500 companies, they're all very prestigious clients that we deal with, they're global," explained recruiter Denise Caelwaerts.
Caelwaerts says the expansion will bring the workforce to more than a thousand.
"We're very fortunate to be growing in this day and age and APAC has," Caelwaerts said. "Again, it's a testament to the people we have, it's customer service at its finest."
The company was just sold to One Equity Partners last year. At that time, officials said they didn't know what the sale would mean for the future of the Green Bay center.
However, Mayor Jim Schmitt says the expansion says a lot.
"We love new business, but we take a lot of pleasure in existing businesses expanding and that's what we have here and we hope to have more of that throughout all of Green Bay," Schmitt said.
With hundreds of new jobs now being added, open houses will be held at the call center at 301 N. Adams St. on Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
