Arthur Hill sentenced for 13th OWI

GREEN BAY - Arthur Hill was sentenced to four years in prison for his 13th drunken driving conviction.
Hill pleaded no contest the OWI charge last Friday. He was also placed on extended supervision for four years, and had his driver's license suspended for two years.
He was arrested in August in Brown County.
