Austin Straubel receiving $1.3M for projects
Firefighting vehicle, update airport master plan

ASHWAUBENON - Austin Straubel International Airport is receiving $1.3 million to purchase a firefighting vehicle and update the airport master plan, Gov. Jim Doyle’s office said Thursday.
Funds for the projects include $36,455 from the state, $36,455 from Brown County, and $1,237,090 from the Federal Aviation Administration.
The revised master plan is expected to be completed by October 2011.
