Conviction in fatal hit & run

    GREEN BAY - Felix Ruiz pleaded guilty Friday to a fatal hit-and-run crash in Green Bay.

    Officials say he was driving in July on Main Street, when he hit and killed 52-year-old Daryl Wayka.

    Sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 11, according to online court records.
